Our Medium Roast is mellow yet full-bodied, highlighting the natural character of arabica coffee without the intensity of darker roasts. Grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil in the lush mountain forests of Chiapas, it's smooth with low acidity and a clean finish. 

Product Specifications:
– Flavor profile: Smooth and approachable, subtle cocoa, fruit, and nutty notes.
– Certified USDA & Ecocert Organic, 100% arabica coffee shade-grown in Chiapas, Mexico by independent Maya cooperatives (available in U.S. & Mexico).
– Cultivated, roasted, and packaged by hand in specialty kraft paper bags to maintain freshness.
